It’s spring. That means busy season in the north country. There are yards to clean up, gardens to til’ and plant, garages to clean out and way too many other chores to count. That isn’t all bad as things have been a dull brown lately and not really eye-catching. Still, after last weekend’s rain, plants are slowly emerging and the world is gradually converting to multiple shades of green. It was while out working in the yard that that my mind wandered and I reflected at length about all the sites and treasures that I was permitted to capture during the past year. Most importantly, I was able to think through some of the missed opportunities, locations that beckoned to be revisited and new places I need to check out. It’s spring. It’s time to reflect. It’s time to move forward.
